August 12, 2014: Three Movies at the Toronto International Film Festival
We’re excited to announce that Christophe has scored 3 movies which will be showing at Toronto International Film Festival. “Cake“, directed by Daniel Barnz starring Jennifer Anniston, will be premiering at 3pm on September 8th at Elgin Theater. “Red Army“, directed by Gabe Polsky, a documentary that chronicles the rise and fall of Soviet hockey and a hit at this year’s Cannes Film Festival, will be playing at 6:30pm at Ryerson Theatre. Lastly, “Good Kill“, directed by Andrew Niccol starring Ethan Hawke, will be playing at 9:30pm on September 9th also at Ryerson Theatre for it’s North American premiere. July 19, 2014: 2nd Annual Superhero Music Panel at Comic-Con
Six leading Hollywood composers, including Christophe Beck, will discuss the process of creating the musical voice behind the superhero, explain the challenges when bringing a comic book character or story to life and writing music to reflect the story line. The panelists will also show film clips of their work. The event produced by Costa Communcations will take place on Thursday, July 24, 2014 from 3:00pm to 4:00pm at the Indigo Ballroom at the San Diego Convention Center. Click here for more information.
